The wrapper sheets are easily found online or in ethnic grocery stores.
Alternatively, you can try your hand at preparing the batter: mix 125 g of 00 flour, 70 g of corn starch, 350 g of water and 2 pinches of salt in a bowl until you obtain a mixture without lumps. Leave to rest for at least half an hour, then prepare very thin crepes by cooking them in a non-stick pan greased with seed oil; should be almost transparent. Then continue with the filling as per the recipe!
For the filling, there are also versions with pork or chicken in addition to vegetables.
If you can’t find the “ox heart” cabbage you can use the round one, consider a few more minutes of cooking. Savoy cabbage is not suitable because it would become too soft.
For frying: peanut or sunflower oil.
Instead of rice wine you can use white cooking wine, bearing in mind that the result may not be the same.
