  • 1 duck weighing approximately 1.5 kg
  • 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce
  • 5 spoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 100 g of sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 500ml boiling water for the glaze
  • 150ml water for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
